On November 14, Microsoft released the ultimate gadget for music junkies: Zune mp3 Player, with a 249.99 $ price tag. It has WMA, MP3, AAC, JPEG,WMV, MPEG-4, H.264 media playback, Wi-Fi connectivity, 30 GB of Hard Drive, FM Radio, 3 inch video LCD 320×240, dedicated song download service, horizontal and vertical video orientation,
over two dozen accesories at launch and it’s only 158 g, 112 x 61 x 14.7 mm at size.
For style-freaks, there is also a pink version of Zune, in a limited number : only 100 pink Zunes. The funny thing is that the pink Zunes are not marked, so when you buy it, you can’t know whether it’s a typical White/Black/Brown one, or the surprising Pink one. 
Yesterday, New York Times published a 7 pages confidential document realised by the national security, CIA, FBI, Defense Intelligence Agency, which reveals the autonomy of the Irakian guerilla. The insurrection in Irak has annual resources evaluated to be between 70 and 200 millions of dollars.
All this money come from the petrol black market, theft, forgery, other illegal activities and also the support of the charitable islamic institutions.
The published document stresses out the fact that this financing is independent from all the outside sources and it is sufficient in order to uphold the groups’ actions.
A hot subject has been discussed at the Romanian Government headquarter: the budget for 2007. It has been established that, from the much expected year of 2007, the minimum salary in Romania will be of 420 RON, from 330 RON, as it is at the present moment.
Alchemical Mystery solved
After 5 centuries, the scientists have solved the mystery of the crucibles from Hesse, Germany. These are very resistant to extreme temperatures pots, which were imported by many research laboratories in Spain, Portugal, the UK and even colonial America. People tried to reproduce the crucibles, but they couldn’t, because they didn’t know the secret ingredient the alchemists used.
The University College London Institute of Archeology and the Cardiff University have discovered it, after X-ray analysis. Dr Torres explains: “Our analysis of 50 Hessian and non-Hessian crucibles revealed that the secret component in their manufacture is an aluminium silicate known as mullite.”
This material has only been officially known in the 20th century, but hessian alchemists had been already taking advantage of it for centuries.
Squabble Preventer in Toilet
If you live with your girlfriend or wife, you know the never-ending story : why did you leave the toilet seat UP during the night?! She just can’t understand that you were half asleep, you didn’t turn on the light, you hurried to get back in the warm bed…But how can you prevent the squabble in the morning?
Using LavNav - a nightlight placed on your toilet seat, which turns on when you approach in the dark, and turns off when you leave. It also uses green/red lights to discretely show the position of the seat. Handy, right?
